Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing us for your dental supply needs. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. The processing times are categorized by product type:

Consumables:
  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders for in-stock items placed before 1:00 PM CST (Chicago Time) on regular business days will be shipped the same day.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Orders for in-stock items placed after 1:00 PM CST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed and shipped the following business day.
  • Backorders: If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be placed on backorder. Our team will promptly send you an email notification with an estimated delivery and restocking timeline.
Surgical Equipment:

Due to the technical nature and specific calibration requirements of surgical equipment, processing times may vary:

  • Standard Lead Time: Orders for equipment are typically processed, inspected, and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks.
  • Specialized/Custom Models: Orders may require extended preparation exceeding 2 weeks. In these cases, our support team will contact you proactively via email (support@ploviomed.com) to inform you of the status and provide an estimated delivery timeline.

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order is carefully packed and ready for transit, you will receive an email notification with detailed tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATE

We offer professional shipping services across the continental United States. We utilize UPS Ground as our standard carrier to ensure the safe handling of dental equipment.

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE FedEx Ground Shipping on all domestic orders over $150.00 (excluding VAT).
  • Flat Shipping: Orders under $150.00 (excluding VAT) are subject to a $15 ground shipping fee. For urgent needs, we offer express shipping via FedEx for $45. 

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only offer direct shipping to addresses within the continental United States.

If you are a practitioner or distributor located outside of the continental U.S. and wish to place an order, please email or call us directly to inquire about the availability and potential costs. We will assess each request individually based on regional regulations and carrier availability. If feasible, a custom shipping quote and invoice will be provided.


STORE PICKUP AND LOCAL DELIVERY

At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders must be shipped to a verified physical address via our professional carriers (UPS/FedEx).


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You can also log in to your account to check your order status.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@ploviomed.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We understand the precision required for dental supplies.

  • We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original professional packaging.
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@ploviomed.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
  • For special custom orders, returns may not be available.
